Nobody Knows how the infection works. but if any 18th Dimension counterpart gets sick with Cryinitis, they become super irritable. crying for hours on end, which often leads to dehydration or lethargy, other symptoms include headache, extra drool and loss of sense of taste (which is why feeding won't calm them down)
